Assured Technology Serivces’s role in preventing unwanted calls and messages
Assured Technology Services is an IT Support Service platform that offers support for voice and messaging services to customers from a wide range of industries. Assured Technology Services is not a telemarketer. While Assured Technology Services provides communication services and products, we do not condone the use of our services or products for unwanted communication.
In order to help consumers avoid unwanted calls from telemarketing companies, the federal Do Not Call registry was created. Telemarketing companies are legally required to abide by the rules of this registry.
Assured Technology Services takes all reports and complaints of unwanted calling and messaging seriously. If you have received any unwanted telemarketing messages or calls from a number registered to the Assured Technology Services network, please report it to us. We will immediately notify the customer and or service agent responsible for the complaint and advise them to investigate and remedy the complaint.
In order to investigate the complaint, our customer will need the following information:
Calling or Messaging Number
The Number Contacted
The Date and Time of the Message or Call.
