Use of the Assured Technology Services text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

Assured Technology Services is an IT Support Service platform that offers support for voice and messaging services to customers from a wide range of industries. Assured Technology Services is not a telemarketer. While Assured Technology Services provides communication services and products, we do not condone the use of our services or products for unwanted communication.

In order to help consumers avoid unwanted calls from telemarketing companies, the federal Do Not Call registry was created. Telemarketing companies are legally required to abide by the rules of this registry.

Assured Technology Services takes all reports and complaints of unwanted calling and messaging seriously.
